I changed my rating on this…again The Perky-Pet wild bird feeder, with it’s sturdy construction, squirrel baffle and four compartment seed dividers, should be the best feeder I’ve ever owned. And at $70+ a pop, it had better be the best bird feeder in my backyard. So, what’s the problem?
Heavy Price, But Solid, Well Thought Out, And Effective… Like a lot of other reviewers here, I was surprised at how really big this thing is. For most of us, the space it needs shouldn’t be that much of a problem. Especially if you are an experienced bird feeder and have an idea already of dome models like this. Heavy-duty feeder – great for small birds. I am impressed by this feeder’s build quality and design. There are many cheap and flimsy feeders on the market, but not this one. The feeder is HUGE compared to standard feeders, which is great for folks who do not want to fill feeders all the time. The acrylic dome is thick and will probably last many years.
