Solved big bird problem. I ordered this feeder hoping it could solve a problem I was having with my old feeder. The old feeder allowed larger birds to hang on it or sit on the top. This feeder solved that problem! There’s not enough space for larger birds to hang on the sides. And, it hangs closer to the patio beam so there is not enough space on the top for larger birds. And, it’s also very simple to clean. I’ve only had it a short time so it being plastic instead of glass may shorten it’s lifespan.
