Poorly assembled Sadly, the roof of the birdhouse and the clocktower are poorly assembled. There’s glue that seeped out where the clocktower meets the birdhouse and between the slats of the birdhouse and it’s pooled and dried in full view which takes away from the overall appearance making it look very cheap. Rather than the cost of sending it back, I’ve painted over the pools of glue. My own fault, I didn’t do a close-up of the birdhouse before I ordered it to see that stripes on it were pink so I painted over…
Cute but cheaply constructed I ordered this in August and gave it and posted in on FB as it was so cute for a good price. A darling schoolhouse birdhouse. Unfortunately, the first time it rained the clock tower was the only thing left hanging on the pole, as the birdhouse had separated from it. My husband reglued it with good wood glue and we put it back outside. Same thing with the next rain. It is cute, but does not hold together in moisture at all. Would do well inside only which somewhat defeats the purpose.
school house i ordered two of these. the roofs were glued off center, poor quality,not a good one for display. would not buy again.
